Which single video game have you racked up the most hours on?

Civilization V... I have 2,570.6 hours for that.

It's possible that I've spent more hours on Minecraft and Railroad Tycoon II, but those hours aren't logged anywhere.

It's going to Fortnite that I played most hours on. The last time I checked, it was well over 15k hours. I have been playing the game since 2017/18

I would have to say Star Trek Online on the PlayStation I think the last time I checked I had over 1,000 hours in gameplay lol

The last time I checked how many hours I've played Call of Duty, it was nearly 1200 hours clocked for the game. I'm not surprised because it's my favourite shooting game.
