Do you use a wristwatch?

Do you still like putting a wristwatch? I found out that most people no longer have the vibe to wear a wristwatch because they don't need it most of the time to check time. This is because they now use their smartphone to check time since they are holding it in their hands all the time. It's a few that wears wristwatch for fashion that are into it.

I have a Fitbit I like to track my steps and keep an eye on my heart rate being an old man LOL I have panic attacks regularly so it helps me keep track of my triggers.

It's very good that you're making sure to look out for your health because if you don't, you might have an incident when you least expect it and that's going to be very dangerous.
