Which one you'd rather create between manga and a comic book?

Assuming that you have great ideas which are very creative to be turned into working on a Manga or comic book and there's a contract offered for you to do this, which path would you like to take?

For example, should Shueisha and DC Comics makes you an offer of contract to work with your idea on either of their projects, which one would be your choice and why would you go with either of them?

Manga probably. I've written part of a LN and have tried drawing manga on the computer using a drawing pad but it never amounted to much. I'd like to try again at some point though.
