The Jump Super Stage Red at Jump Festa 2024 announced a second season for the new Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan (Rurouni Kenshin) television anime on Sunday. The new season, subtitled Kyoto Doran (Kyoto Disturbance), will premiere in 2024. The first season debuted on Fuji TV's noitaminA programming block on July 7 and ended with 24 episodes on Friday.
