Manga '"Oshi no Ko"' Receives Live-Action Movie, TV Series in Winter 2024

Entertainment company Toei announced a live-action movie and drama series for Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari's "Oshi no Ko" manga on Wednesday. Toei and Amazon are co-producing the live-action project. The drama series will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video worldwide in winter of 2024, with the movie set to be released in Japanese theaters by Toei. I really can't see this being good but who knows. The anime was fantastic and Season 2 of that is supposed to air sometime this year, but live adaptions never really amount to much.
