The official website of the Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries) television anime unveiled two additional cast, theme songs and a promotional video for its second cours on Monday. The anime premiered with the first three episodes on October 22 at 1:05 a.m. on Nippon TV. The second cours is set to premiere on January 7 at 12:55 a.m. on Nippon TV and other affiliated channels.
