A second season for the Kikansha no Mahou wa Tokubetsu desu (A Returner's Magic Should Be Special) television anime was announced following the broadcast of its 12th and final episode on Sunday. Aniplex simultaneously posted an announcement promo and a commemorative visual (pictured). Produced by Arvo Animation, the anime began airing on October 8.
