Just binged 1-12 right now. Honestly if you like sports anime or sports in general, this is really dope. I’ll probably end up getting the manga set soon.

My brother kept recommending it to me but I kept putting it off. Just decided randomly to watch it and it was honestly a great decision. I should be going to be soon but it's just too addictive.

I watched it as it aired and I love that its not just your typical sports anime. The battle royal vibe really sets it apart from most anime of its kind. Not only that, but all of the characters are so well written and each have their own personality and stand out. Most time sports anime have a few key characters that you can remember, and the rest just kind of blend into the background.

Another interesting premise of it is that it encourages the Japanese players to abandon the mentality they were taught and raised in to become more selfish and egotist.
